[Spy is also aware that all of his weight is in his upper body, so he has trained himself to stay low to the ground to make up for his otherwise unstable balance. Dodging will always bring him lower, so when Scout throws the elbow in his face, he bends at the knee, shuffling backwards again. It catches the top of his head, however, since Spy is taller than scout, and while he flinches, it doesn't throw him off.
It doesn't help with the circling, though, since he's still not fast enough to keep up with Scout completely.]
